Yingli Green Energy Signs Third Polysilicon Supply Agreement With DC Chemical

Baoding, China (SPX) May 12, 2008
Yingli Green Energy Holding has announced that it has signed a third polysilicon supply agreement with DC Chemical, a leading Korean chemicals producer. Under the terms of agreement, DC Chemical will supply polysilicon with a value of approximately US$39 million to Yingli Green Energy.

The delivery period started in April 2008 and will end in December 2008.

"I am very pleased to announce this new polysilicon supply agreement with DC Chemical," commented Mr. Liansheng Miao, Chairman and CEO of Yingli Green Energy.

"It's our third contract with DC Chemical since we initiated our relationship at the beginning of 2008. I believe this new supply agreement will reinforce our solid collaborative relationship and provide greater visibility on our 2008 polysilicon supply."
