Tyvak International SRL, a subsidiary of Terran Orbital Corporation (NYSE: LLAP) based in Torino, Italy, has announced the successful launch of the Centauri-6 satellite. Developed in collaboration with Fleet Space Technologies, the satellite was deployed during the SpaceX Bandwagon-1 mission from Launch Complex 39A at Kennedy Space Center in Florida at 23:16 UTC on April 7th.

"We are thrilled with the successful deployment of our Centauri-6, a testament to the strong collaboration between Tyvak International and Fleet Space Technologies," said Fabio Nichele, CEO of Tyvak International.

"This mission showcases not only our expertise in miniaturization and advanced satellite manufacturing but also builds upon Terran Orbital's pioneering heritage in building small satellites. We're excited to see the impact this constellation will have across various industries."

The addition of Centauri-6 to Fleet Space's satellite constellation is a major development for the company's mineral exploration solutions, known as ExoSphere, and enhances its ability to deliver advanced SATCOM capabilities with microsatellite architectures. Centauri-6 joins Centauri-3, Centauri-4, and Centauri-5 in this growing constellation, which utilizes advanced technologies to revolutionize satellite-enabled solutions for global clients.

Built on Tyvak International's advanced avionics platform, Centauri-6 includes a unique IoT payload from Fleet Space, developed using innovative techniques such as 3D printing. This marks a significant advancement in satellite manufacturing, promoting a streamlined and agile approach for mass-scale production.

Fleet Space's constellation is enhancing capabilities across multiple sectors, including space exploration, defense, and mineral discovery. With technologies like the ExoSphere, which provides rapid 3D subsurface models, and its efficient SATCOM capabilities, the constellation is setting new benchmarks in global connectivity and technological innovation.
