SpaceX to launch more Starlink satellites after delays

SpaceX, the space exploration company led by controversial billionaire Elon Musk, is scheduled to launch more Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit late Saturday after delays earlier in the evening.

The company is now targeting 10:56 p.m. ET for a Falcon 9 launch from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Base in Florida, according to a news release from the business -- which now conducts Starlink mission launches with increasing regularity.

Up to four backup opportunities are also available on Sunday starting at 7:09 p.m. ET until 10:31 p.m. ET, the company said.

In this mission, SpaceX will launch another 22 satellites.

The first-stage booster of the Falcon 9 rocket is expected to land on a barge named Just Read the Instructions.

On Wednesday, SpaceX also launched some Starlink satellites -- 15 of them -- from Space Launch Complex 4 East at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.
