Russia will develop a special program to expand commercial space services and push the United States and EU out of that market, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said on Friday.

"Everything else is dominated by the Americans and Europeans," he said.

The Russian Federal Space Agency, Roscosmos, is to draw up a long-term space program, a "stage-by-stage roadmap for decades ahead," Rogozin said.
