NASA awards Unit Price Agreement Tracking System

NASA has awarded a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the Office of Strategic Infrastructure to Two Hana Independence Ocean West LLC, of El Segundo, California. The work involves the maintenance, repairs, alterations, and facility assessments/analyses for the NASA Headquarters building located in Washington, D.C.

Under this agreement, the government will issue fixed price BPA calls for service and, estimates, but does not guarantee, that the total value of the BPA calls issued will be approximately $7 million. The period of performance is for five years from the effective date the agreement.

The contractor will provide the maintenance, repairs, alterations, and facility assessments/analyses in accordance with building code requirements and established General Services Administration guidelines to supplemental building systems, finishes, and space at NASA Headquarters.

In addition, the contractor will provide electrical services and sub-utility meters for NASA installed special supplemental equipment, and to provide reports of readings. They are responsible for inspecting the site, determining the quantity of work involved, comparing the specifications with the work to be performed, and being informed of all conditions, including other work, if any, required.
