National Harbor MD (SPX) Mar 16, 2010 Integral Systems has announced that its Integral Systems Service Solutions (IS3) business unit has entered into an arrangement with the Satellite Users Interference Reduction Group to offer discount rates on annual subscriptions for SATCOM NetOps Services to SUIRG membership. "SUIRG welcomes the IS3 SATCOM NetOps subscription service as a valuable opportunity for mid-size satellite operators to employ the same technology currently being used by the major operators," said Robert Ames, SUIRG President and CEO. '"IS3's SATCOM NetOps tool will enable our member operators to increase the speed and efficiency with which they identify sources of interference, significantly improving their quality of service and improving customer satisfaction." SUIRG members will receive a 12.5 percent discount on the IS3 SATCOM NetOps subscriber service. "We applaud Integral Systems for taking a leadership role in deploying their vital Radio Frequency Interference (RFI)-fighting service to a wider audience through this SUIRG member discount program," Ames said. "In addition to offering substantial savings to fellow SUIRG members on our Monics and satID based interference detection and geolocation (iDetGeo) service, we believe that the arrangement also helps promote membership in and support of SUIRG," said Ernie Dickens, Vice President and General Manager of IS3. "We are committed to the organization's mission to combat the increasing and costly problem of satellite RFI." IS3 offers affordable, responsive global SATCOM NetOps Services for satellite operators, resellers, users, or regulators to actively manage their SATCOM-based communications networks. IS3 services help improve communications mission assurance while lowering customer capital investment and operating costs.
