Euroconsult and SpaceTec Partners have finalized their merger, introducing Novaspace, a new entity poised to fortify the space industry with comprehensive consulting services. This collaboration stems from three years of synergistic efforts, geared towards amplifying their impact within the space sector.

Euroconsult brings to this union over four decades of insight in consulting services, market analysis, and the orchestration of executive summits. SpaceTec Partners complements this with twenty years dedicated to strategic consulting, including innovation advisory and market expansion strategies. "This merger marks a significant milestone in our journey. By combining Euroconsult's strategic vision with SpaceTec Partners' management consulting heritage, we have a unique value proposition for the space sector," articulated Pacome Revillon, the CEO of both Euroconsult and the new Novaspace.

Novaspace is envisioned to be a beacon for strategic and technical advice, servicing an array of clients from both the public and private spheres of the space industry. With an infrastructure spanning ten global locations and a cadre of 130 professionals hailing from 25 nations, Novaspace is uniquely positioned to cater to a broad spectrum of client needs on an international scale. This global reach is further strengthened by the leadership of six Partners, instilling a diverse and pioneering spirit within the company.

Despite the merger, Novaspace will maintain its status as a privately held, independent entity, a decision that underscores its commitment to preserving the legacies of both Euroconsult and SpaceTec Partners while encouraging an innovative approach to its offerings.

"The merger allows us to leverage combined strengths, thereby providing enhanced value to our clients. Our collective expertise in strategic consultation and technical proficiency sets us apart in the space sector," shared Rainer Horn, Carla Filotico, and Thomas Tanghe, Partners and Managing Directors at SpaceTec Partners, now integral members of the Novaspace team.
