Activity Management has announced a new system called Insight. A powerful solution, Insight (patent pending), seamlessly blends premier technology and leading edge innovation to provide a superior Activity Management solution.

In today's fast paced corporate climate, many business and technical professionals spend the majority of their day outside the office. AMI's flagship product, Insight, gives management visibility into their employee's day-to-day activities to increase productivity by providing real time data to the handset.

AMI President, Patrick Beard, said "True to its name, Insight utilizes GPS-based hardware and software for tracking and reporting the weekly business activities of outside sales, IT professionals, or any employee that spends time meeting clients outside the office.

Insight is integrated with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications so every client is identified by name and location and is documented within the Insight reporting system."

AMI is also now a member of the BlackBerry ISV Alliance Program. Insight uses the built-in GPS capabilities of BlackBerry smartphones, to monitor the location of the handset. Utilizing the Insight software running on the smartphone, location information is sent back to the AMI Data Center for processing and storage.

With over 20 years experience in managing sales teams and field service teams the people at Activity Management, Inc. understand the need for hard data to make the correct business decisions.
