SES Partners With ESA To Develop Innovative Satellite Platform Electra

SES has announced a public-private partnership with the European Space Agency (ESA) for the development of an innovative full-electric propulsion satellite platform. Corresponding contracts were signed at SES' headquarters in Luxembourg in the presence of ESA Director General Jean-Jacques Dordain, the Luxembourg Minister for Higher Education and Research, Martine Hansen, and the Minister for Communications and Media, Luc Frieden.
