Planetary Science Institute Selects XCOR To Fly ATSA Suborbital ObservatoryTucson, AZ (SPX) Jul 12, 2011 The Planetary Science Institute (PSI) and XCOR Aerospace have signed a Memorandum of Understanding that lays the groundwork for flying the human-operated Atsa Suborbital Observatory aboard XCOR's Lynx spacecraft.
