Russia deputy PM blasts 'childish' space agencyMoscow (AFP) Feb 28, 2011 Russian space agency Roskosmos has committed "childish" errors and failed to build enough spacecraft, the government said Monday in an unprecedented rebuke to the Russian equivalent of NASA.
