NASA Awards Engineering And Scientific Services Contract To ASRC Aerospace

ASRC Aerospace announced Thursday it has been awarded an engineering and scientific services contract by NASA's Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

ASRC Aerospace will provide on-site support services for engineering, scientific and related tasks in the areas of aeronautics, microgravity science, space exploration, space power and propulsion, related science and technology activities.

This is a performance-based, indefinite-quantity, indefinite-delivery, cost-plus-award-fee, 8(a) competitive contract. The maximum value of the contract is $250 million over a possible five-year period, consisting of a two-year base period, followed by three one-year options.

ASRC Aerospace has teamed with Analex Corp. of Fairfax, Va., to service the contract. Analex has supported NASA Glenn Research Center for the past 25 years.
