CSTV A-Sky-Net DTH Service Launches On NSS-6 For Australia

Scott Sprague, Senior Vice President of Global Sales at SES NEW SKIES, said: "NSS-6 at 95 degrees East and NSS-11 at 108.2 degrees East are becoming the satellites of choice for niche DTH bouquets in the Asia-Pacific region. NSS-6 offers the flexibility of uplinking in any one of six beams and downlinking in any of the six high-powered Ku-band beams. We are delighted that CSTV has chosen NSS-6 to carry its Australia DTH package."

States Wang Chih-Lung, President and CEO of CSTV: "Our target markets in Australia are ideally covered by SES NEW SKIES' NSS-6 satellite, allowing for direct-to-home reception of the A-Sky-Net bouquet of channels on small, easy to install satellite dishes.
